Description:

“Boathouse Row in Autumn” – Featured in November’s First Friday Gallery Night at The Streets of Philadelphia gallery in Olde City.

12”x24” Acyrlic on Canvas — signed Original, 2008

Painting of the historic Boathouse Row, located on the East bank of the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia, PA. Rich with vivid reds, yellows, and deep browns and blacks, you’ll feel like you’re rowing up the river in Autumn when you look at it! This painting was inspired by the beautiful fall trees that provided a backdrop to Boathouse Row, as well as it’s signature lights that illuminate it at night! Each house is outlined in white lights, creating an extraordinary sight as soon as the sun sets. Great for a Philadelphia native, rowing lover, or someone who appreciates bright, bold colors!
